Open, tall-ceiling, hardwood floor, 2 bedroom apartment in 100+ year Victorian. $850 Rent
includes EVERYTHING: electricity, heat, water, laundry, wifi, cable
deluxe, snow removal, & basement storage space! Generous, respectful
& responsible male roommate makes this house a home (interests
include: gardening, rock climbing, dancing, folk/bluegrass mandolin
playing, etc). The landlords are part-time residents in the separate
apartment upstairs, and are very responsive to any necessary household
repairs.

Secluded backroom with 3 breezy, well-lit windows offering a view of Boston’s downtown through
the shady maple trees (it often reminds me of living in a plush
treehouse). The space is a long cozy shape (6.5’ x 15’: a full-size bed
fits snugly sideways in the room) with a personal entrance hall of
sorts (2.5’ x 9’) that gives the sensation of leaving the world behind
upon entering the room. There is a built in closet nested into the
hallway space. I’m moving back to California and can provide room
furnishings for a very good price.

Hi,
I'm very interested... I am a 20-something year old working professional (working in downtown crossing). I am very laid-back, responsible and tolerant. I tend to be pretty quiet on the weekdays, although sometimes I may grab a drink with a friend or unwind with a glass of wine or a beer. I like to go out on the weekends and I try to stay relatively active. My biggest passion in life is eating (and sometimes cooking). But definitely always trying out new foods, and when the funds permit, traveling.
I'm available this Friday and this weekend, as well as next week after 6 or 7 (or around there). Let me know if you're interested and I'd love to meet you and see the place!
