I am looking for someone to sublet my room from Feb 1 through May 30th.  The price is 650/month plus half electric and internet (heat is included in the base price). We are located five minutes from Green St T stop on chestnut. The room has a queen bed and dresser in it.

I have one roommate, she's a professional nanny and incredibly easy to live with.
