Prevent injuries and strengthen feet, while having a better running experience! Jeffrey Ferris, who has decades of experience with running barefoot, will lead this workshop inside a grassy area near Kelly Circle. Following the workshop will be an optional run around the pond. (Check link for map to approximate location.)
Jamaica Pond is a perfect mix of grassy areas for demonstrations and smooth asphalt for training runs with surprisingly little debris making for a great place to learn how to run barefoot.
Prince Street behind Jamaica Pond is the best place to park. It is one-way south bound. If you end up on the lower number section of Prince St. you can park there too, it is just a little further and across the Arborway.
