About M Drake Sherman I started playing oboe at age 8, guitar at age 12, was in Speedstick Race and the Power of Nature, went to Berklee, was in Tony Reeks of the Grave, graduated berklee with a BM in Film Scoring, and now I go to a lot of open mics. I hope you enjoy these recordings, made at Berklee or in my Bedroom. About Ben Janse Ben Janse emerged fully formed from a giant killer beehive in the serengheti by the process of spontaneous generation in the 1600’s. He says he was taught music by a roaming water buffalo who looked over him after brutally goring him in the face by accident. To this day snorting noises make him cry in rememberance. After ol’ warty died he drifted for many years. He came over to the states when he fell into the ocean by mistake and started swimming the wrong way. On the way he discovered three types of algae, one of course being the famous singing algae of the atlantean ruins. He still plays several of their songs today but is beginning to think they sound outdated. He sometimes possesses magical abilities but they never work when he needs them to.
