Event Description

The U.S. spends over $500 billion a year on military operations — more than any country in the world. But does this really make us secure? Experts Jo Comerford of the National Priorities Project, and Miriam Pemberton from the Institute for Policy Studies will explore this question and talk about how we can move from a military economy toward one that prioritizes human needs.
