The City of Boston, in partnership with SoChange, is developing a new community loyalty platform to help grow our neighborhood's businesses and we are looking for your input!


What is SoChange?

SoChange is a website that empowers communities to understand their combined spending power, and helps them win prizes and build community by shifting that spending towards local businesses. Consumers often want to support local businesses but don't follow through because as isolated individuals spending only a few dollars at any given store each month they don't feel like they can make a difference.

SoChange enables you to launch spending campaigns to support your local businesses and track how much money everyone that joins is collectively spending there. If your campaign spends a certain amount than the local business gives you prize you can enjoy as a community!

Now you can see that you are part of a community of individuals who are committed to maintaining local economies, and have fun ensuring that they succeed. SoChange will be demonstrating a preliminary version of the website and discussing how to make the website as fun as possible for YOU.
