Just to inform people, the 9c cuts are going into effect on January 1st, this will close many
day treatment programs statewide for the mentally ill
and day programs that this vulnerable population depend on for structure and work supports. A rally is planned at the State House steps, on December 16th at 11:00 a.m. to reinstate the funding for these programs..
