Shoveling Protocol
Will the alerts from GroundCrew include the name of the person who needs shoveling? Should we introduce ourselves and explain how we happened to show up at their house before we start shoveling?

Yes indeed, great question!
We need to balance respect for privacy, the spirit of being neighborly, and also doing out due diligence to make sure people are not taken advantage of.
On the submission form, we will ask people if they want the shovelers to introduce themselves. Roy our "dispatcher" will text this to you.
Any other suggestions?
