Seeking 2/2+BR pet friendly apt in JP to sublet, rent, or house-sit starting 6/1
My partner and I are moving to the area from NYC and are looking for a 2 or 2+ BR apartment in JP beginning mid-to-late May or 6/1. We are both professionals (medical resident and journalist); we have a baby and an 8 year old black lab mix. We are open to a year-long sublet, a house-sitting situation, and/or a lease. We'd like to have a yard and laundry. We are happy to provide references to vouch for both us and our dog.

There are neighborhood forums to discuss neighborhood happenings, citywide forums to find and share resources, events to promote and see what's happening around the city, and there are groups of neighbors who do things together.
In addition there are photos and videos and we have live USTREAM streaming video channel on the main page. One more thing, you can also get crime reports - neato!
