If you were going to interview a leader you admire, what questions would you ask them?

Dear Neighbors,



I'm currently enrolled in the Institute of Non-Profit Management and Leadership at Boston University. Last week when I met with my mentor, Elena, for the first time, I asked her to help me find my voice as a leader.



Her first recommendation was that I interview leaders that I admire. By interviewing them, I'd learn more about leadership, their style, which will then help me guide me to find my voice.
