The apt is on the 2nd floor. Living and dinning room. hard wood floors and lots of windows! Very bright space. Eat in Kitchen

Dish washer and disposal. Pantry. Washer and dryer in basement. Front and back porches.
The room is a very good size room up for rent in this 3 bed apt. It has two...yes two closets! Room in basement to store bikes and things. I am a warm and very clean person. I rather live with a neat person than a messy person. We are a household in our 30's. There are two cats in the house! The room is for Oct. 1 but also free now if you need it.
