It just got a lot easier to find out which of your nearby neighbors need help during and after the blizzard. 

Fill out this form now to be notified when an elderly, disabled, or sick neighbor near you submits a request for assistance. 

Then, if you are willing and able to help, leave a comment on the request on SeeClickFix.com (the tool we are using to coordinate) to let them know you will help them out. Finally, once you've helped them out, kindly close the case.
