Project Description: Upon the submission of Article 80 Small Project Review Application by the developer, WCI Corporation, the BostonRedevelopment Authority is hosting a Public Meeting to present anddiscuss the proposed Forest Hills Parcels V & W Redevelopment Project,a 44,300 SF commercial development that consists of 32,300 SF retail/commercial space and 38 parking spaces on Parcel W (43,765 SF), and1,116 SF commercial space and 20 parking spaces on Parcel V (22,236SF) (“Proposed Project”) on MBTA’s Parcel V & W in Forest Hill area ofJamaica Plain.
