ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WANTED

LOOKING TO MOVE BY SEPT - NOV. 2016

Locations of interest,…but not limited to are: Jamaica Plain, Fenway, Brookline, Newton, Brighton,  W.Roxbury, Cambridge, Belmont, Needham, South End, North End, Dorchester, Quincy.

I am a quiet 55 year old male. Very respectful.

Prefer an apartment in a quiet 2 -3 Family, possibly a 6 – unit building.

I have Section 8 and have lived in the same current apartment for 16 years +.

I have excellent references from current landlord, neighbors and business owners.

I have attended neighborhood meetings and block parties.

Prefer a non-smoking, chemical free building. Laundry in the building would be helpful.

Apartment needs to be very close to stores, restaurants, etc. Also a short walk to the T/public transportation, buses, trains…don’t drive.

Apartment on a street will no hills.

A porch/balcony and/or a yard would be a plus.
