The ONEin3 Advisory Council is an amazing opportunity to make an impact right here in your very own beloved City of Boston. The Council meets once a month and tackles the issues that matter most to ONEin3ers (that's the one-third of Boston's population between the ages of 20 and 34), and then Council members get to present their findings, ideas, and recommendations directly to Mayor Menino. To give you some ideas, this year the Council’s been working on promoting father and father-figure involvement in the Boston Public Schools, streamlining online resources for renters, fostering professional mentoring, encouraging City-driven civic action, and making Boston a more welcoming place for people of color. All so inspiring.

Applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 34 and live in the City of Boston.
Forms are due July 1, 2011, and selected candidates will be notified for interview 2-3 weeks after that.
