Its a group based in Cambridge but there was just an orientation in JP where people offer services and make requests for things they need or can do and rather than paying people in dollars, time is traded. Its not a direct trade system however, its a circle and I'm producing a story about it for school and my website and wanted to speak to people who've had first hand experience trading through the group. timetradecircle.org is their site.
