My out-of-town brother took these pictures and witnessed this incident at the Rt. 203 entrance to the arboretum about noon. This driver dropped off passengers, and then was subjected to a search of his car, for no apparent reason. The officer appeared to treat this person with disrespect. The driver remained completely calm throughout. What's this about? Did anyone else see this?
