Just a quick note to let everyone know that it looks like the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit due to expire November 30th, 2009 is going to get extended until April 30th (contract in place,need to close on your new home by June 30th, 2010.) This is not official, it has passed the Senate and looks like it will pass the House as well. Stay tuned...
