acoustic not-for-profit parlour concerts at the Loring-Greenough

Volunteer assignments that need to be filled:

• Publicity/street team (print/copy/distribute posters and flyers; social media)
• Concert set-up and take-down (about 45 chairs)
• Refreshments (baking or obtaining, serving, clean up)

Our old food partner, Sweet Finish had donated
pastries unfortunately has gone out of business.  We are seeking a sandwich/salad provisioner for the artists and pastry, coffee and tea provisioner for the patrons.  In exchange for donations or at-cost sales your partnership will be recognized in our publicity.
