May 5th Rally

The State House Revenue Committee Hearing is just around the corner -- next Thursday, May 5, 10:30 am to 2:00 pm.  We need a strong turnout!

The "Act to Invest in Our Communities" is all about funding services we need to have strong communities in which to live and work.  It's about a step toward more fairness in state taxes where higher income folks pay a bit more.  It is not about pitting one important service against another -- we are advocating for what we WANT, an important shift in the conversation and one that is more engaging and empowering.
