Dual of Soups: Strawberry Gazpacho and Light Carrot Ginger

Grapefruit and Blood Orange Salad: Red onions, African basil, and crumbled feta

Caprese Salad: Roasted heirloom tomatoes,
fresh pesto mozzarella
topped with an avocado vinaigrette

Fresh Shucked Oysters: Served with lemon granita and champagne mignonette

Second Course

Pan Seared Lamb Chop: Red beet risotto and a savory cherry demi glaze

Classic Paella: Saffron rice, mussels, clams, chorizo and chicken
