Event Description
Explore Frederick Law Olmsted's "jewel" of the Emerald Necklace. Learn about the early days of the golf course, the old sheep meadow (they didn't need a lawn mower!), and the park's unique landscape features. See old stone ruins, incredible views, and a picturesque pond alive with migrating birds. Led by local historian and Images of America: Franklin Park author Julie Arrison.
