You know how they say, "It's just like riding a bicycle?" . . . well, if you're feeling a little shaky on actually riding a bicycle, this is the talk for you. Don't worry -- you're not alone! Jeffrey Ferris, owner of Ferris Wheels Bike Shop, has information and coaching galore. This talk includes how to find a bike that's a good fit, tips for riding in traffic, and good local spots for cycling. And yes, you really can get back on a bike.
