Event Description

Join storyteller Diane Edgecomb and Celtic harper Margot Chamberlain for a Story and Music Journey through the enchanting groves of the Arnold Arboretum. As twilight descends we'll stroll through cherry, evergreen and birch groves ~ celebrating nature with tree legends, songs and music from many lands. This Summer Solstice event is appropriate for adults and families with older children (11 and above) The journey takes place Friday June 18th and Saturday June 19th at 6:30 pm. In case of rain, additional Solstice legends will be added to the performance and it will be held indoors at the Arboretum's Hunnewell building. Online reservations are at www.arboretum.harvard.edu there is also a registration form that can be downloaded.
Fee $20 per person. Advance reservations suggested.
