Event Description
Award ceremony and videos for SAW's Alumni Celebration (2010 and 2011). See what positive things young women of our community (JP, Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roslindale, South End) are committed to. Help us continue to support, encourage, and inspire the leaders of tomorrow. An open to the community event. Friends, and family tables available for $25 each. Community businesses please donate items for gift bags and raffles. Buffet, Spoken Word, Poetry, Guest Speaker, Dancers, Live Band, DJ, and Dancing.

To clarify: This event is free and open to the community. There will be a raffle available to win centerpieces a the tables, and there will be other opportunities to donate, but the program is really about showcasing the hard work of SAW, and celebrating the accomplishments of the young people.
If you're looking for an event that has free food, music, and dancing. This is the event for you. If you're looking to find out more about the great non-profit work that is in our community, this is an event for you, too. Donations are appreciated and not required for this event.
