Event Description
What Stands Between Us and the Sun is a new photo, installation, and video project by renowned artist team Megan and Murray McMillan. In a warehouse in Central Falls, Rhode Island, the McMillans built an artificial lake in an invented world where performers alter the lake’s structure to fabricate an eclipse of the sun. The work shown at Axiom is an installation containing video, photography and elements that are made from, and refer to, the set created in Rhode Island.
