just say "i will do anything, just hire me, PLEASE, I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE". That's what I do seems to work every time, then I back out on my promises and do whatever I want, and they can't fire me. smart huh? Missed you at the pond,
