Job - Work from Home Mom needs babysitter on Thursdays

My lovely better half is a work-from-home mom on Thursdays at our place in JP.   We need care for two children during that time on every other Thursdaythrough Christmas, and then weekly after that, 8 am - 5 pm.   We have a spunky, art loving, two year old and a new, smiley baby (3 months old). Please do take the Neighbor Tour on the front page - it's a video right smack at the middle at the top.
