Do stuff with and for your neighbors

Are there any mah jongg groups? Anyone willing to instruct someone who has not played in many many years?

The Loring-Greenough House would like to hold a Mah Jongg night as one of our "Tuesday Night Club" events. Anyone would be welcome. We need a host and someone who can teach the game and a few boards. If we can get that together, we can pick a night & have a Mah Jongg night!
The Tuesday Night Club is a series run by the Tuesday Club ( the membership that oversees this great old JP house), featuring game nights like Scrabble, card nights, FYI lecture, Do-it-Yourself craft nights & film nights. Events are FREE to members (individual membership only $40 a year) or $4. for non-members. There are usually great snacks too. Check out the website for info on the Tuesday Night Club, the House or other series (film, poetry, JP Unplugged, classical concerts) @ www.loring-greenough.org

A fun tile game played by old Jewish ladies, according to my grandmother.

I have a mah jongg set at home, and have played once.
I'd be interested in puzzling it out with you over a cup of tea.
