Young child from JP missing UPDATE: found

UPDATE: Tobias has been found, and is safe and home.

Boston Police twitter alert this morning:

33 ALVESTON ST, JP* MISSING 10yo male, Native American, 4'11, 110LB..brown eyes, bright blue Northface jacket, blue jeans, black sneakers

Updated details available from JP Patch: at 1:30PM, he was spotted in or near the Apple Store on Boylston Street downtown, close to a favorite hang-out (the downtown Borders store.) Further identifying information: Tobias Chance, white male of Native American origin with brown eyes, long shoulder-length brown hair and suffers from cold-weather asthma. Lanky and may appear to be more like 13 years old.

Brett, people are getting confused about which child has been found. Tobias is still missing. Confirmed with BPD minutes ago. Hoping on my next flight. Please make sure if this pops up again it is confirmed with BPD and is the correct child. Thanks.

Tobias Chance IS STILL missing from the Centre Street area -- apparently since 7:30 this morning. I have better pictures of him, but they are stuck on my home computer.
