Do stuff with and for your neighbors

I thought we could start a forum reviewing different vendors. For example, our furnance went out and we called a bunch of plumbers. It would be nice to be able to have a list of plumbers and people could post reviews. What do you think?

Does it make sense to have a services/vendor forum - what would you call it?

Perhaps NeighborPages - where Neighbors with personal profiles can have one business page and be listed through the Business section and a basic searchbox listing (so someone could search for plumbing and get 5 listings and then see Joe's plumbing in detail on his page).
