I took a great one-day Thai cooking class right here in JP. It was taught by the owner of The Elephant Walk.

I am not 100% sure if she still teaches right at her home in JP. That's where I went. There were only about 10 of us in the class and we all got to do lots of hands-on work, plus took home some recipes, and got to feast together on everything we made.

I really wanted to learn how to make a basic red curry and certainly accomplished that. Also, she was great about telling us what brands to look for at Super 88, etc.
