We have a small one-bedroom apartment in JP for rent.  First floor unit in Arborway Gardens condos.  Rent includes condo fee, heat and hot water, off-street parking.  Friendly neighborhood.  Non-smoker.   An approved pet is o.k.  Available immediately.

Status update is that we are reviewing an application from one prospective tenant and if they want it we've agreed to give it to them.  They should decide soon (like tomorrow).
