Event Description

Come ride the MBTA ferry and check out beautiful World's End in Hingham. We'll meet at Ferris Wheels in Jamaica Plain at 10:30, depart for Long Wharf at 10:45. Our ferry leaves Long Wharf at 11:45 AM and arrives in Quincy at 12:25 PM ($6 each way). Then it's a 6.5 mile ride to World's End. The ride to World's End is on a busy street some of the way. World's End is a beautiful place for a picnic, great dirt roads to ride on, fantastic views of Boston Harbor. Feel free to take the T to Long Wharf in the morning and just meet us at the ferry. Also, commuter trains from Hingham to South Station are available for those who don't want to bike home. Ride is 24 miles in total from JP to Hingham and back.
