Event Description
Lend a hand this Sunday at the blossoming Egleston Community Orchard. Tasks for the day include setting up rain water harvesting and storage system from neighboring rooftop, finishing brick pathway from reclaimed bricks, adding more perennial plantings to the permaculture apple tree guild, and tackling nuisance weeds and garbage.
Come by anytime from 10am to 3pm. Bring any useful tools, gloves, knowledge as well as a desire to learn and meet your neighbors and fellow Boston gardeners. www.puebloboston.org/orchard.html
