I walked by South St plaza/Park today (1 of several daily trips) and noticed a man sitting reading a book, another sitting listening to music, and another local guy(not homeless) just sitting there enjoying the sun as he does daily.No drinking,peeing,swearing etc.I've never been frightened before to walk by this area, and have asked several people who work and live in the area if they feel afraid or threatened, and they say no. I walked by South St plaza/Park today (1 of several daily trips) and noticed a man sitting reading a book, another sitting listening to music, and another local guy(not homeless) just sitting there enjoying the sun as he does daily.
