The gross population density/sq mile was 12,402.  The foreign born population was 22.9 % .  The unemployment rate was 5.5%.  There were 16,536 housing units.  95.2% of the housing units were occupied.  The median gross rent was $808. The pop of JP was 38, 074.  14.7% worked in service jobs and 55.9% worked in management or professions.
