I've ordered my last meal from Joy Rice Cafe on Wash. St. About a year and a half ago they got a new "chef". The minute I opened the box I knew it had changed. Read about this a while ago. Yesterday early a.m. a woman came into my office with a sob story. She had gotten out of her car to mail a letter and dropped her keys in the sewer. She called the sewer dept. but their trucks were busy cleaning out pipes. Her three kids ( this woman was far beyond child bearing age) were in the car. The locksmith was charging her $49.95 to make new keys and she only has $25.00. Could I lend her $25.00 until 11:00? When I asked where her car was she ignored that…See More
