Neon Flamingos?
Maybe some one out there can help me with this one...I've noticed while driving through JP that there are multiple residences that have a neon pink flamingo in their windows. Some times it is lit, some times not.Does anyone know what this is all about? Or maybe there is just a LOVE for the flamingo in JP?Just curious.....See More

Maybe some one out there can help me with this one...
I've noticed while driving through JP that there are multiple residences that have a neon pink flamingo in their windows. Some times it is lit, some times not.
