I just got this email from the City!

Congratulations! You (The Mug Project) have been selected as the winner of Mayor Menino's 2009 Green Residential Waste Reduction Champion Award. The actions you have taken on the Mug Project to reduce waste caused by single serve beverage containers stood out among other nominations.

I hope that you will be able to join Mayor Menino at an awards ceremony to recognize all of the 2009 Green Residential, Business and Bicycle Friendly businesses on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Boston Children's Museum, 300 Congress Street, Boston in the Children's Theater on the 1st Floor. The event will last approximately one hour.
