An Evening of Sustainable Food:
Dinner and Discussion with the Chef/Owner of The Fireplace
The Emerging Professionals of the Massachusetts Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council invites you on April 20th for a very special evening with Jim Solomon, Chef/Owner of The Fireplace in Brookline. Come enjoy a 3-course meal and hear Jim Solomon tell the story of how your meal came to be: the field where the squash was grown, where the cow grazed that gave the milk for your cheese, and how it was all prepared into the mouth-watering dishes in front of you. The Fireplace is a proud member of the Green Restaurant Association that specializes in dishes inspired from New England cuisine.
The cost $45/per person, which includes a $10 donation to the USGBC MA. The meal consists of a 3-course prix-fix meal (appetizer, entre and dessert) and a soft drink. Alcohol will be available at the bar, and there will be vegetarian/vegan options. Please note any food allergies when reserving your spot.
