Lavinia, has anyone answered your question? Rent with option to buy is rare but not unheard of...if you are interested I can elaborate...

I am interested to create a way to rent option to buy. I move slow and thoughtfully and want to make sure I feel good about what ever proposition is out there. The home has to be clean, accomodate a person that works at home and be able to provide housing for guests or a way to rent rooms over time.

Hi Everyone. Just a quick note to let you know that we are seeing higher than usual real estate activity for this time of year (the dog days of summer). We're hoping this will mean a stronger than last year fall real estate market.

Hi folks-

I'm an attorney specializing in land use and real property law. I do conveyancing, and have experience in a wide range of issues including easement rights, zoning and subdivision permitting and appeals, mortgages, foreclosures, financing, etc. Similar to Stacy, I enjoy sharing my expertise and would be happy to serve as a resource for the group.

I'd be curious to hear what Stacy think s of the Brewery Development. It seems that the development (although certainly good for JP and the neighborhood) does not have enough green. Meaning foliage of course. They are adding tons of asphalt parking lots, etc. but I'm curious if they could be coerced into a more environmentally friendly scenario?

Hi Stacy,
Welcome to the JP Real Estate Forum on NFN. It would be great to have you field any questions regarding land use/developement, environmental risks and the Mass. environmental regulatory structure.
And we'll look forward to meeting you at some point in the neighborhood.
Have a happy New Year!
Janis & Ellen

How wonderful to see a real estate group in NFN!

As an environmental consultant, I identify and guide homeowners/prospective buyers through this state's thick environmental regulations and permitting structures. (And answer a lot of questions about the plants and critters people find in their yards.)

I would be happy to hold my end of the forum by answering any questions that may come up about land use/developement, environmental risks and the Mass. environmental regulatory structure. (Or about the funny colored salamander found under the woodpile. )

Cheers!

Stacy
