Recently, changes have been made to the Mass General Laws which will affect operating regulations for bicyclists and enforcement options for stopping both motorists and bicyclists. A quick heads up for JP residents...

We seem to be experiencing a spike in bicycle thefts around JP. In the last 30 days, 15 bicycles have been stolen from all around JP. A few of these bikes have been left unlocked, but many have been reported secured/locked to banisters, porches, fences, etc. Some have even been secured inside building hallways. I would like to suggest that "out of sight is out of mind". For some it may be difficult to secure bike inside property, but it…
