August 29, 2013 - We, at District E-13, have discovered a pattern of three young black males, teens, entering through windows during the early to mid evening, sometimes just reaching in and stealing a laptop or other items, in the South Street area. Although, these incidents are under investigation, we are asking you to help us prevent further victimization by observing our “Protect your Home” tips outlined below:
