Farmers' Market Launches at Stony Brook this Sunday July 12th

Hi Neighbors,

There are few things that I'm more passionate about than food. And farmers' markets are an intregal part of that passion. Over the past month I've been fortunate to get the chance to begin building one in my own neighborhood: Stony Brook. Tomorrow is a start. I hope you'll join us. Missing Cat - Paul Gore St

This tool lets us see what's crime is being reported on our streets. Every summer, women from all over New England depart on a mountain journey to participate in the three-day Wilderness Heals pledge hike in support of survivors of violence and trauma. Wilderness Heals benefits the Elizabeth Stone House in Roxbury, MA. JP looses a beloved father, friend, and neighbor

This Monday, May 25, we lost a beloved father, friend, and neighbor. Bill Conklin, age 42, who lived on Boylston Street, Jamaica Plain, MA, died suddenly from heart related issues. Bill leaves behind, his wife Jenn, daughters Bernadine, Nelli and son Robert.

ACTION ALERT: Vital Funding about to be slashed for youth violence prevention programs

Neighbors,

Over the last couple of days many of our non-profit partners who serve youth have been sending desperate emails informing their supporters that 18,051 teens in MA will lose their violence prevention programs if the Senate doesn’t act to fund them. The final vote is happening tomorrow.

Right here in Jamaica Plain, the Hyde Square Task Force receives $200,000 through this State budget line item. The teenagers of this State need our support, this money literally… Continue
