Boston Public Schools Canceled Monday and Tuesday

Reopen After holiday on Jan. 5th

In anticipation of dangerous icy conditions after an over night freeze, city officials have canceled all Boston public schools for Monday. Because of the upcoming holiday school will be closed on Tuesday as well – opening schools for one day would be a waste of city resources. Students will return to classes after the winter break on January 5th.

As many of you know, the Neighbors for Neighbors JP (NFN) 4th annual Holiday Drive will come to a close this Saturday, December 20th.

Youth Violence Documentary Premier Invitation

For the past 6 months, the Health Careers Ambassadors of the Hyde Square Task Force worked with an amazing film maker, Alex Gomez, and produced the documentary Looking for Peace, One Block at a Time.
